Warrior King Backstory

Summary:

Before the warrior king was king, he was a young warrior from the Valley of the moon. 15 years before the story of Kimiko, a young warrior who goes on a mission to stop outskirt Bandits from destroying a village that specializes in moon rocks that are important in the valley of the moon. Along fighting the bandits he meets an abandoned young girl who will play an important role in protecting the planet in the future.

Conflict:

The Bandits are destroying the village and stealing their supplies and moon rocks that are the symbol of the village for profit and claim the village as their own.

Beginning:

The outskirts bandits attack the village and harm the civilians and defeats most of the warriors in the village. Young warrior rally up his troops.

Rising Action:

Warrior King arrives at the village and defends the citizens from the bandits

Climax:

Warrior fights the main bandit.

Fallen Action:

After defeating the main bandit, the warrior finds a little girl abandoned.

Resolution:

Warrior takes the abandoned little girl as his own child.

Nicola The Steam Bearer

STORY OUTLINE:

PART 1-

·         The events happen post war of the Oppressor.

·         Nicola is in his study talking to Albert about Kimiko’s whereabouts.

·         Albert is sadly admits that he has yet to locate her within the range of their continent.

·         Nicola is upset but thanks Albert for his efforts.

·         He returns to his desk looking for one his schematics of his newest inventions.

·         He accidently comes upon his schematics of his childhood invention, one where Kimiko helped him build.

·         He enters a flash back to event to prior to the invention creation.

·         During the flash back Nicola is a kid and taking down the flyer of a science fair near his school.

·         The science fair is essentially for kids that and that the winner would have their invention distributed to the other lands.

·         Nicola is excited and heads home to find that his parents are left two separate note.

·         One from his father saying that he would be working late at one of the plants. The other from his mother saying that she would be late coming due to her manager’s job.

·         He looks to in the fridge to comment that she at least left out the foods for him to fix that night.

·         He heads to a shed filled with his nick knacks.

·         Nicola thinks on something that would be very useful but also beneficial to the other lands as well.

·         He starts drawing up plans, but the ideas are not working out the way he wants.

Albert's Awakening (Apprentice Mage)

·         Albert starts off already knowing how to use the basic elements, but they’re so weak that he can only use them for basic life needs (cooking, freezing food, etc.).

·         He lives with his father, who’s an elite fire mage and collects a lot of old spell books. His mother lives in the capital as a doctor. He attends the Acadame but as a regular student. This takes place one year before the events in the main story, around the fall time.

·         He’s currently one of the weakest mages, and he’s unable to use healing staves.

·         He’s pressured by his father’s reputation to get stronger in his magic arts, but he’s trying his best.

·         He reads all of the books and practices each day, but no growth.

·         One day he finds a new book in his father’s study: The Lost Magic of Light.

·         He reads it and tries out a spell, but nothing happens. He continues to study it as the days go by.

·         One day he finally masters a light skill in secret and decides to present this skill for his upcoming examination.

·         As he’s about to head to the examination, some bullies take his book and runs off into the woods.

·         He chases after them, managing to take out a few of the lackeys.

·         The leader fights back and overcomes Albert.

·         Suddenly, a monster comes in and injures the bully mage.

·         Albert panics and hides. He then remembers his mother’s advice on being brave and fighting in his own way the best he can, and he remembers his father’s encouragement despite his failures.

·         He comes out of hiding and teleports himself and the bully out of danger.

·         He heals the bully and tells him to get help while he holds off the monster.

·         The bully runs off and Albert fights the monster using his unique tactics and newly awakened light powers.

·         As he battles, the mages stand back and watch his amazing battle potential, as he puts in every spell he can use to win.

·         He eventually tires out and gets cornered, but his father and the Wizard show up and drive the monster back into the deep woods.

·         Some healers go over and heal Albert. The bullies go over to check on him and apologize for what they done.

·         His father scolds him but gives him a hug and congratulates him. The Wizard decides to take in Albert as his apprentice and passes him as an approved mage.

·         Albert smiles and accepts the offer.

·         He writes about everything that happened in a letter and sends it to the post office.

 Act I: Oresmith Village Outline

·   Kimiko and her crew: The Apprentice and Golem arrives at the Oresmith’s Mountain

·        Searches for the leaders of the tribe to find info about the Oresmith mask

·        Kimiko and her crew meets the Five Thanes of Ore

·       Kimiko and her crew is escorted by the council of Thanes to the hall of the great families

·        They learn about the Five Thanes of Ore and the Oresmith mask.

·        The Thanes explains why each want the power of the masks.

·        Informs Kimiko about the Redsmith whom is the Master of the Anvil.

·        Kimiko and her crew leans that Redsmith is the bearer of the mask

·        Kimiko is granted permission the enter the city to ask for the blessing of the Hammer

·        The blessing of the Hammer is what they called the mask

·        Kimiko, the Golem, the Apprentice, and Thanes enter the Blacksmith room to find the Redsmith working

·        They tell him of the incoming danger of the Oppressor

·        Redsmith listens to them while working and tells them where the mask is located.

·        Points them in the direction of the a Volcanic Cavern

·        They walk inside the cavern into a long narrow walkway surrounded by lava, at the end of the walkway on a pedestal sits the mask.

·        Kimiko walks carefully first along the dangerous path while the other wait at the entrance.

·        Kimiko approaches the mask and expects some sort of trap or collapsing debris but nothing happens.

·        She grabs the mask and the cavern begins to shake.

·        Rocks began to fall, Lava begins to rise close to the walkway

·        Kimiko runs as fast as she could while the rising lava and the hazardous rocks are falling fast

·        Avoiding every obstacle in her path Kimiko arrives close to the entrance, until a rock was about to fall on her.

·        The rock was about to fall on her in a couple of seconds until the Golem out of nowhere comes and smashes the rock, which debris of the rock falls into the lava.

·        Once the debris have fallen into the lava, the lava starts to surround Kimiko and the Golem in which they can’t escape

·        Kimiko and the Golem starts to panic until the Apprentice uses his magic to cool off the lava into a walk able path for them to leave the cavern

·        After leaving the cavern Kimiko and her companions return back to the Redsmith

·        Redsmith recites his incantation into the oresimth mask

·        A burnt symbol emblazons itself onto the moon mask.

·        Kimiko returns to the Thanes and ask for their assistance against the oppressor.

·        She was denied because the Thanes didn’t think of him as a threat

·        However they supply Kimiko’s allies and crew with weapons and armor to defeat the Oppressor.

·        Kimiko and her crew leaves the Oresmith civilization on towards a steam train heading towards Steam City.

Outlines for Act 1 and Act 2 Scene

ACT 1 OUTLINE: Arrival into a Town

Beginning:

·         Kimiko cuts through the thicket of vines and shrubbery while asking the rabbit golem what it is.

·         Rabbit golem explains that it is the spirit of the mask. It also explains that it needed a vessel to inhabit in order reside in the physical plane.

·         Kimiko than asked what its name is and finds that golem doesn’t have a name.

·         Kimiko thinks about it and gives the golem a name.

·         Golem looks ahead. Golem points to a town in the distance while asking what it is.

·         Kimiko tells the name of the town and continues in the direction of the town.

Middle:

·         Kimiko and golem enters the marketplace.

·         The golem earns her more stares than they want to.

·         Kimiko tries browses through some of the vender for supplies and ignore the constant stares of the people.

·         She notices that crowds are coming in and tells the golem to stay close.

·         She hears a screams and notices the golem moving up ahead.

·         Kimiko tries reach him through the bustling crowd.

·         She is able to find it to near one of the entrances that lead out to the aquilic lands.

End:

·         Kimiko looks to the distance and tells it that they should head to the aquilic lands next.

·         The golem informs that it’s too late to retrieve the mask.

·         She quietly questions and belittles the mask.

·         The rabbit golem informs her that the next target is the Magic Bearer’s mask.

·         Kimiko prepares to make a statement, but soon a rider coming from the aquilic lands arrives to through the gates, warning that the aquilic tribe was defeated.

·         Kimiko stomps way over the rider, pulling him off his horse and demanded answers.

·         Rider explains that the aquilic tribe was defeated by the Oppressor.

·         Kimiko grunts angry before pushing the rider aside.

·         She pulls on the heading in the direction of the magic lands.

·         She states that they’ll go to the magic bearers’ land.

10 Major Plot Points

Ten Major Plot Points

·         Kimiko obtains the Moon Bunny Mask, which tells her about her destiny and aids her by possessing a downed Golem. A brief narrative takes place to introduce our world and the origin of the 7 masks of light and dark.

·         The Oppressor, wearing his Eclipse Mask, uses his dark power to capture the Aqualic Mask. The Golem tells Kimiko it’s too late to get that mask as they are on the way to the Land of Magic.

·         Kimiko survives a fierce battle against The Oppressor and obtains both the Spellcaster Mask’s power and an Apprentice Mage ally. The trio obtains the Oresmith Mask’s power after a trial of intense heat and courage.

·         Kimiko takes a train ride to Steam City, remembering the day her Father died at the hands of the Oppressor and her Father’s last words. She comforts herself by thinking of her close friend (love interest) and meets up with him in Steam City.

·         The love interest teams up with our trio and helps them get the Technology Mask out of the Grand Vault. Kimiko gains its power and another ally in her quest.

·         The team heads out to the Island of Life for the Harvest Mask, but arrive too late. Kimiko gets heavily discouraged at this defeat and runs off into the dead wilderness on her own.

·         Kimiko goes through the pressure and emotional turmoil of her destiny. Upon accidentally cutting her finger, she sees her blood and remembers why she’s fighting the Oppressor in the first place.

·         She regains her resolve and rallies her allies to go after the final mask. They fly off to the capital with heightened spirits.

·         The final battle for the Essence Mask begins between the forces of light and the Oppressor. Kimiko gains the final mask power and turns the tables.

·          Kimiko defeats the Oppressor and ends the chaotic battle. She decides to leave with both the Moon Bunny Mask and the Eclipse Mask to prevent further power struggles for the people she’s saved, with the Golem in tow.
